-Under broad direction, is considered a Subject Matter Expert based on their knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology as well as the oil and gas industry.
-Partners with customers to demonstrate expert knowledge in at least one technical area or business domain.
-Communicates to individual clients how the use of technology solutions improve their work processes allowing them to become more productive.
-Understands and can articulate a variety of solutions (mainstay processes) which can be created and/or modified for customer need.
-Has the ability to lead small or large teams and can be a direct point of contact for clients.
-Effectively plans and manages work of assigned teams to meet desired service level targets.
-Maintains a consistent client-focused approach with clients and/or individuals.
