Job description: Job Title: Consultant Public Health – Saudi ArabiaCompany: Allocation Assist Middle EastAllocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Health Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing public health strategies and initiatives, to improve the overall health and well-being of the local population.Key Responsibilities:– Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of public health issues in Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to, infectious diseases, chronic diseases, environmental health, and social determinants of health.– Develop evidence-based recommendations to address public health challenges and improve health outcomes.– Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups in identifying and addressing health issues.– Design and implement public health programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.– Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of public health interventions and make necessary adjustments.– Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and organizations on public health matters.– Stay current with local and international developments in public health and incorporate best practices into project designs.Qualifications:– Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field, with a focus on epidemiology, biostatistics, or health policy.– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or international organization setting.– In-depth knowledge of public health principles, practices, and strategies.– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present complex data.– Experience conducting and managing public health research and programs.– Knowledge of health systems and policies in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.– Must be Western-trained.As a Public Health Consultant at Allocation Assist Middle East, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of public health in Saudi Arabia.
