As a Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert tax structuring advice to a diverse range of clients, including large multinational listed and private bodies, mainly in the property and infrastructure sector. Your primary focus will be helping clients effectively plan, structure and manage their Australian income tax obligations in relation to new fund structures, co-investment projects, core assets and much more.You will be at the forefront of addressing international and domestic aspects of income tax and advising on critical income tax matters for special types of trusts, corporates and limited partnerships. Working closely with your team and collaborating with other subservice lines, you will deliver exceptional client service by ensuring the provision of high-quality and timely solutions.Your key responsibilitiesAdvising clients on domestic and international tax matters and providing high quality technical tax advicePreparing tax opinions regarding fund structures and various capital structuresBuilding and maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional serviceStaying up-to-date with tax law changes and industry trendsWhat we’re looking forHere’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
