Job description: Job DescriptionKPMG’s Indirect Tax team is a market leading, dynamic, diverse team that is currently working with some of the best clients and on some of the largest transactions in Australia. We help our clients to better manage their indirect tax commitments and liabilities, to improve cash flow, reduce their overall risk profile, and help improve the strength of their businesses. Due to exciting growth we are seeking Consultant level talent, based in Perth.Our opportunityThe role will play a key part in delivering on the diverse range of advisory engagements for our clients. In this role you will:

  • Support the delivery of GST advisory engagements for a diverse range of clients across Australia and globally.
  • Assist clients to resolve inquiries and investigations by tax authorities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to report on engagement outcomes, including delivery of consulting reports and facilitation of forums to discuss engagement results.
  • Help to grow our future practice, develop strong relationships with clients and internal KPMG stakeholders, identifying opportunities for future business and shaping our future indirect tax offerings.
