• Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients, senior leaders, and cross functional teams.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements.

• Proficient in mapping, analysing, and redesigning business processes.
• Familiarity with tools like BPMN, Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.

4. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Experience with use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Competence in using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze and visualize data.
• Ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.

6. Consulting Mindset

• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a focus on delivering client
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.

7. Communication & Presentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for executive audiences.

8. Project Support & Delivery

• Experience supporting project delivery through planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

9. Technology Awareness

• Understanding of digital transformation, enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), and emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (in collaboration with technical teams).

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, healthcare, utilities) is a plus.
• Experience working on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, or technology implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA are advantageous).
