The ideal candidate possesses:

• Utilize tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management
• Engage and manage third-party Quantity Surveyor vendors
• Work seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams globally
• Communicate cost control goals effectively to all stakeholders
• Identify and quantify Value Engineering opportunities in design
• Assess project risks and their financial impacts
• Update historical data repository
• Define and track cost performance metrics
• Analyze Construction vendor proposals using AWS benchmark data
• Create accurate bid leveling documents
• Provide cost analysis of schedule and design variations
• Validate final award value, schedule and scope based on contract documents
• Implement, maintain and execute cost control, change management, and performance reporting
• Validate change cost impacts
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoices
• Support project close-out and final payments
• Deliver results for multiple projects with competing priorities

– Supporting implementations enterprise-wide Web Applications/SaaS applications
– Integrating with on premise solution for SaaS applications
– Good knowledge of IT Support processes and SLA management.
– Good knowledge of MS SQL Server, and other databases
– Scripting Knowledge (Shell, Powershell)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Demonstrated proficiency in Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc)
– Demonstrated proficiency in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
– Exposure to Cloud computing
