Job description: NPE-Tech has an opportunity for a Connections Coordinator in our teams that could be based in Hamilton. We are an established and reputable local company who are part of the Feisst Group Team, providing exciting growth and career opportunities.This will be a full-time, office-based role, commencing on the 1st September 2025, in line with our new Powerco Customer Delivery Services ContractThe opportunity:
NPE-Tech has recently been awarded one of the Customer Delivery Services Contracts in all four of Powerco’ s regions. We are looking for Connections Coordinator’s to manage the “Network Ready” connections work stream in each region.Some key tasks include:

• Be a first point of contact for Powerco and customer enquiries
• Planning and scheduling of work to meet connection timeframes
• Job setup and management in our works management system
• Invoicing of completed jobs
• Approval of timesheets and contractor invoices onto correct job numbers
• Engaging sub-contractors to support work delivery
• General administration
• Obtaining and collating Job pack documentation and pre planning
• Provide back up and support for the wider Coordinator team

What we’re looking for:Candidates with

• Broad administration experience with a history of strong customer focus,
• Great energy, a multi-tasker with strong self-organizational and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
• High level of accuracy
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously

Previous experience in a similar industry will be an advantage.
