Working Location: Kai TakWhat this job involves
- Office management including mange office supplies inventory and ordering, handle general administrative tasks and paperwork and coordinate meeting room booking and preparation
- Manage courier services and coordinate with service providers for efficient mail handling
- Assist with gym and recreation facilities maintenance
- Provide support for office events and logistical support for meetings and gatherings
- Handle carpark-related inquires and administration
- Ensure works are compliance with the Company and the Client’s policy and standards including health & safety work practices in the client’s office
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skillsRequired
- Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 1 year of administration or facilities management’s experience is preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English with good presentation and communication skill
- Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers required
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
