Job description: ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for components (e.g., zippers, buckles, fabrics, RFID materials)Manage new color development and maintain color consistency on our productsSource and qualify new suppliers to support innovation, cost reduction, and sustainability goalsCoordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of components and resolve supply issuesMonitor inventory levels and forecast component needs based on sales and production plansBuild strong supplier relationships for supply chain resilience and reduce riskNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost and valueCollaborate with Product Development and Quality teams to ensure component specifications are metImplement and maintain supply chain KPIs, reporting tools, and risk mitigation plansEnsure compliance with environmental and ethical sourcing standardsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in consumer goods or fashion accessoriesExperience working with third-party manufacturers in Asia is highly desirableStrong negotiation, analytical, and project management skillsProficiency in ERP systems and supply chain softwareExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyKnowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and material compliance (e.g., REACH, OEKO-TEX, PFAS requirement)Familiarity with travel gear or soft goods manufacturingMandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plusInterested parties, please send your resume with expected salary to .
