The Compliance team is a small and collaborative team of professional staff who are responsible for providing independent challenge and advice on compliance matters to the ILH Business and Senior management.Key components of the work of the compliance team are:
The RoleReporting to the Compliance Manager, the successful applicant will support the Compliance function in achieving its objectives. In particular the successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the continued implementation of the compliance framework and delivering the annual compliance plan that is brought to the ILH Board annually. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank. This requires the company to complete prescribed due diligence to assess the appointee’s fitness and probity.
