We are modernising how we do this by introducing new ways to improve regulatory outcomes and service experience.The Compliance & Resolutions Officer is an integral role in ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met by our firearms licence community. The Compliance & Resolutions Officer will support regulatory compliance and deliver a high-quality service the public deserve and expect.Your contribution will build a culture of high performance which results in a team that is inclusive, innovative, agile, and passionate in meeting Te Tari Pūreke outcomes.This role is based in Kapiti Digital Centre. The role is rotational and to meet the needs of Te Tari Pūreke and your own development you may be rotated within the other teams which form Te Tari Pūreke.Key Deliverables: * Ensure that licence holders understand their responsibilities through education and intervention in order to improve compliance.
