Handle notification and examination matters to ensure compliance of SFC-licensed corporations in respect of statutory requirements
Handle Securities and Futures Commission – license representative and responsible officer application
Provide ad-hoc advice to clients
Handle and update licensing matters for all licensed individuals and corporate &
Handle ad-hoc licensing project and internal control review of clients
Required Level of Work Experience:
1 year to 3 years (experienced candidates with higher priority)
Less year of experience will be considered as Assistant compliance officer.
On job training provided Skills & Requirements
University graduates in accounting or BBA are preferred.
Other degree-holders are welcome. 1 to 3 years company secretary/book-keeping/accounting experience is preferred.Fresh University graduates are also welcome.
Self-motivated, attention to details.
Willing to learn and proactive character.
Able to work under pressure and work independently.
Good interpersonal communication skills and able to deal with people of wide spectrum of seniority.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
Fluency in spoken Cantonese is a must.
