• Handle notification and examination matters to ensure compliance of SFC-licensed corporations in respect of statutory requirements
• Handle Securities and Futures Commission – license representative and responsible officer application
• Provide ad-hoc advice to clients
• Handle and update licensing matters for all licensed individuals and corporate &
• Handle ad-hoc licensing project and internal control review of clients

Required Level of Work Experience:

• 1 year to 3 years (experienced candidates with higher priority)
• Less year of experience will be considered as Assistant compliance officer.
• On job training provided Skills & Requirements
• University graduates in accounting or BBA are preferred.
• Other degree-holders are welcome. 1 to 3 years company secretary/book-keeping/accounting experience is preferred.Fresh University graduates are also welcome.
• Self-motivated, attention to details.
• Willing to learn and proactive character.
• Able to work under pressure and work independently.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and able to deal with people of wide spectrum of seniority.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese is a must.
