In this field-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Resource Management Act, Building Act, and relevant Bylaws. You’ll conduct investigations, gather evidence, assess non-compliance, and take enforcement action where required. You will be the frontline in protecting Auckland’s environment and community, working alongside a range of agencies to ensure regulations are upheld.This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based in West Auckland with an office in Albany. Some after-hours work may be required.He kōrero mōu: About you
Individuals with experience in compliance, law enforcement, or regulatory fields, particularly in investigations and responding to non-compliance, have a strong success profile for this role. A background in government enforcement roles will provide a solid foundation, but if you don’t have this experience, we still want to hear from you.
