Job description: How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:
- In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and development of the Group’s compliance management systems
- You will consolidate existing measures, processes and systems into one global compliance management system, taking into account regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
- You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
- In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
- You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
- Providing guidance and advice on compliance issues completes your remit
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
- As a Compliance Expert you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role
- You have got in-depth knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, in particular EU law
- You are business fluent in English
- An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart
