Job description: Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 auditor/lead auditor certification (desirable).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance roles.
  • Proven experience working with Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 is a plus.
  • Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and their implementation.
  • Ability to prepare and analyse quality reports.
  • Experience with internal auditing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Assist in internal audits, prepare audit documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations across all departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to IMS processes and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing changes.
  • Support the preparation of management reviews by providing data and insights on quality performance.
  • Assist in training staff on quality and compliance requirements when needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to ISO standards and ensure their proper application within the organisation.
  • Monitor the effective implementation of operational controls to minimise risks and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare quality performance reports and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and follow up on non-conformities, observations, and improvement opportunities identified during audits or operational activities.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of risks related to quality, safety, and environmental management.
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of safety and environmental drills.
  • Ensure that suppliers and contractors comply with quality requirements and applicable IMS standards.
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys, analyse the results, and assist in developing improvement plans.
  • Assist immediate supervisors with any tasks they may assign.
