- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM β 5:30 PM (15-min morning & afternoon break, 30-min lunch)
- Friday: 9:00 AM β 4:30 PM
About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance & Office Administrator with experience in data entry, office administration, and compliance support. This role involves maintaining and updating product records in SAP, website content management, invoicing, and order processing, alongside supporting the companyβs ISO 9001 quality management system and sustainability compliance.This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys structured office work and has a keen interest in quality control, sustainability, and process compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company meets ISO 9001 standards, tracks sustainability performance, and maintains accurate administrative records.Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & SAP System Management β Updating and maintaining product details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Website Administration β Uploading product images, descriptions, and specifications to ensure accurate online information.
- ISO 9001 Compliance Support β Assisting with quality management system (QMS) documentation, audit records, and process improvements.
- EcoVadis Sustainability Reporting β Supporting data collection and reporting on carbon footprint, waste management, and ethical sourcing.
- Order Processing & Invoicing β Handling invoices, delivery dockets, and order-related administration.
- Regulatory Documentation Management β Maintaining ISO and sustainability records, compliance reports, and certification documentation.
- Statements & Office Support β Preparing and issuing financial statements (no credit control duties).
- General Administration β Supporting a variety of clerical and office management tasks, including covering for colleagues when required.
RequirementsEssential Requirementsβ
Office Administration & Clerical Experience β Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.β
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & Quality Standards β Understanding of quality management principles, process documentation, and audit preparation.β
Sustainability & ESG Awareness β Interest in sustainability standards, corporate social responsibility, and compliance tracking.β
Website Content Management β Ability to upload and maintain website product details and descriptions.β
Strong Organisational Skills β Comfortable managing records, reports, and compliance data.β
Computer Literacy β Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel (basic to intermediate skills).β
Experience with SAP or Data Management Systems β Ability to update and manage system records efficiently.β
