Job description: Key Responsibilities:. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to SECP Rules & Regulations, Companies Act, NBFC Rules & Regulations, and AML/CFT Act & Regulations.

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

• Provide training on compliance requirements mandated by regulatory authorities.

• Oversee AML, CTF, CDD, and KYC programs and related training initiatives.

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate compliance risks to safeguard operational integrity.

• Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports.

• Maintain accurate compliance records/documentation to be accessible for regulatory review and ensure timely regulatory filings,

. Internal Compliance:

• Identify, assess, and address legal and compliance risks associated with business operations.

• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the company’s interests.

• Work closely with other departments to address compliance and legal matters effectively.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Conduct training sessions on compliance and legal requirements to promote a culture of adherence and integrity across the organization.

• Maintain and execute the compliance programs of the company as compliance project manager

• Supervise all the business processes that involve compliance and regulations and take timely actions to ensure compliance, both with national/local laws and internal policies of the company

• Carry out investigations to find gaps in the current strategies/processes, which involve compliance and rectify these as per the regulatory guidelines

. Legal Advisory:

• Provide legal counsel to management on business-related legal matters.

• Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and policies impacting company operations.

• Monitoring the current policies and systems in place and ensuring that it complies with legal and regulatory guidelines

• Manage legal disputes and represent the company in alternative dispute resolution processes and legal proceedings.

• Coordination with external legal counsel.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

The ideal candidate should have • bachelor’s degree in law from a well reputed university/institution duly recognized by hec. candidates with an ll.m or graduate diploma in law (gdl) qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require regulatory compliance, regulations, companies act, nbfc, compliance, policies, procedures, training, regulatory, monitor, review, internal, legal, business operations, support, culture, organization, project manager, business, current, advisory, legal counsel, management, operations, monitoring, dispute resolution, coordination, draft, contracts, agreements, documents mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 200k to 300k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.

Expected salary: 200000 – 300000 per year
