You will be responsible for developing, deploying, supporting, and managing the Account’s Compliance Strategy.An overview of the role:

• Develop and manage the Account Compliance Strategy
• Create and implement a Compliance Management Plan
• Oversee account operational and FM compliance
• Manage risk logs, incidents, and property inspections
• Support audit programs and OHS inspections
• Develop standardised processes and documentation frameworks
• Coordinate integration improvement activities
• Assist in annual account strategy and planning

• Experience in Engineering, Facility Management, or Risk Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Team player with ability to work independently
