This position requires strong commercial acumen and experience in managing and implementing business-wide commercial changes. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, implementing targeting models to meet budget goals, and creating reward schemes and incentives for front-line teams. The role also involves providing data-driven feedback across various business functions to ensure the Consumer Sales Function is well-represented. Success in this fast-paced environment requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage large teams effectively.
