We have a High Performance culture, underpinned by quality people, systems and facilities helping to produce great players and teams that inspire the nation, the next generation of players and represent the best of New Zealand’s values and culture.An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Partnerships manager to join the team and contribute to New Zealand Cricket’s commercial success.About the Role | ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Partnerships Manager works within our Marketing & Commercial team and is responsible for creating and driving strong commercial partnerships and growing NZC’s commercial revenue.The role requirements are to:Act as NZC’s first point of contact with partners, proactively communicating and anticipating needs and opportunities.Drive development and implementation of relationship plans, including regular check-ins and formal annual reviews to create long term, mutual value.Proactively collaborate with the Marketing & Communications, Community, Events and Cricket Operations teams to ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled across all platforms and delivered to a world class standard.Lead on operational planning for relevant partners, including management of budgets and financial reconciliation where required.About You | Who we are looking forExperience working within a sports environmentPractical account management/activation experience essential.Previous experience of working in a commercial/ client facing environment (marketing/brand management/agency).Excellent understanding and management of partnership contracts.Able to demonstrate experience in executing creative and engaging initiatives to add value for Commercial partners.Open, warm, friendly and accessible.Working for NZC | Our BenefitsNew Zealand Cricket offer a fun and flexible working environment as well as the opportunity to develop and grow your skills.
