The FirmOur client is one of Australia’s largest law firms. Due to growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to recruit an experienced in commercial litigation lawyer with at least 3 years post admission experience.The firm has a blue chip client base of local and international clients, ASX-listed companies, household brand clients, ultra high net worth individuals, government agencies, big 4 banks and other financial institutions.The RoleThe role will see you working on commercial disputes, insolvency related disputes, regulatory & financial disputes.You will get the chance to run your some of own matters, having client responsibility. On big ticket, multi-party litigation you will be working as part of a team.On a day to day basis, you will have client contact, go to court, brief counsel, take part in client development activities.Join a firm where you can develop your technical and commercial skills.About YouThe ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 3 years pae in the area of commercial litigation (pre-admission experience will be highly regarded)
• Have strong technical skills
• Have commercial nous
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a team player
• Have excellent organisation skills and manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Be enthusiastic, willing to learn and takes pride in their work
