• Developing and implementing strategic commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Transform and strengthen the business
• Managing a high-performing sales and business team.
• Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborating with marketing to drive brand awareness.
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Providing regular sales forecasts and reports.

ProfileThe Successful Applicant:

• Strong sales or marketing leader within the FMCG industry with experience in a Director or General Management level
• Demonstrated expertise in driving change management and work successfully in a highly cross-functional, matrix organization
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Highly strategical but is entrepreneurial and transformative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
