Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our business success. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role acts as a trusted business partner to the Commercial Director. You will be instrumental in providing strategic financial insights that directly influence performance. By collaborating across teams, this role will contribute to the company’s growth and profitability, ensuring strong financial governance, optimizing commercial strategies, and driving value creation. Requirements Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience or equivalent in a business partnering role, with a proven track record of collaborating with senior teams. FMCG experience is preferred. Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to present financial data in a clear, actionable way. Demonstrated ability to challenge conventional thinking and create positive change. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to make a significant impact. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
