As Commercial Director, ANZ, you will:

• Define and execute commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Own the full business development lifecycle – from lead generation to conversion
• Champion client success, ensuring teams are aligned to client goals and upsell opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations and support complex commercial agreements
• Collaborate across business units to deliver seamless, integrated solutions
• Represent the brand at key industry and networking events
• Build and nurture a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and leadership
• Foster an inclusive, motivated, and performance-driven culture
• Engage with global peers across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to align on best practices and strategy

What you bring? We’re looking for:
We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded leader who offers:

• A proven track record of leading and growing high-performing sales, customer success, and account management teams
• Deep understanding of consumer insights and strategic intelligence, with the ability to speak confidently in the language of research, data, and analytics
• Expertise in innovation and predictive analytics (FMCG sector experience is a plus)
• A forward-thinking mindset, excited by AI and the opportunity to integrate new tools into existing solutions
• A consistent record of driving commercial outcomes, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities
