Job description: Exciting Commercial Development Manager opportunity with a leading transportation company Your Company Our client, a leading transportation company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Development Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This role is crucial for driving revenue by developing customer-centric products, leveraging data, and enhancing customer engagement. Your Role As the Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing products that help inbound tourists explore Hong Kong. You will create partnerships and bundle products with travel agents, tourist attractions, F&B, retail, and other transport providers. Your duties will include optimising pricing and revenue, identifying market trends and opportunities, and understanding the customer experience and journey of inbound tourists. You will develop and manage both digital and physical sales channels, preparing business proposals, pitching decks, sales-related reports, and reviewing commercial terms. Working closely with key organisations, you will aim to raise the product market share in the travel and tourism market, including collaboration with MICE organisers, government bodies, and tourist attractions. Additionally, you will work as part of wider teams and project groups to achieve broader business outcomes and execute campaigns. What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in tourism and leisure-related product development, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position leading a team.
• Team player, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial, aggressive, independent, detail-minded, result-oriented, and well-organised.
• Strong communication and presentation skills…
• Knowledge of the GBA & Asia outbound markets is preferable.
• Experience in design thinking or innovation is preferable.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
