Job description: Description:SUMMARY OF JOB:This position is responsible for onboarding commercial card implementations as well as assisting with complex commercial card service issues. They will be looked upon as a commercial card product expert and expected to assist with updating procedures and acting as an additional point of contact to InBank’s credit card processor and network.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage complex credit card implementations and provide expert-level support for credit card services.

  • Act as a liaison to various internal departments at the Bank, including
  • Interface regularly with internal colleagues, external Bank customers and Bank vendors.
  • Assist with training other associates on the team.
  • Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain and update internal policies and procedures, in collaboration with other stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Participate in product meetings and occasionally be responsible for updating key internal reports.

Requirements:JOB REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or EquivalentWork Experience: 4+ years commercial card payment experienceSupervisory Experience: N/ALicenses/Accreditations: None requiredComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;Other Requirements: Detail-oriented; decision-making capabilities. Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, currency or coin, and operating a telephone. Demonstrated knowledge of standard banking products and Commercial Card. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Strong oral andwritten customer service skills.Preferred Skills/Experience: Prior experience working with FIS Solutions. Prior Experience working with VISA’s Solutions.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service: Strong emphasis on excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively with both internal and external contacts. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.Financial: Familiarity with financial terms and practices; mathematical calculations.Administrative Duties: N/AAutonomy: Discretion for recognizing and minimizing risk to the bank.Employees Supervised: N/ABudget Responsibility: N/AThe applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Targeted hiring range based on experience: $65,000 – $85,000 yearly. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
  • Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company Discretion.
