• Profiecient with MS Office

Duties…

• Assist in the forecasting of costs and estimates on a monthly basis
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies, materials, services and equipment for all sites.
• Ensure supplies and their suppliers are compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation
• Produce, understand and maintain procurement schedules
• Be proactive with suppliers, subcontractors on price increases, material availability, and delivery logistics
• Raise POs for supplies.
• Other adhoc duties
