Job description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated College Instructor to join our Tourism Management faculty. The ideal candidate will be a Master’s Degree holder in Business Management or Tourism Management with strong academic credentials and extensive industry experience in hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, guiding students in practical applications, and bridging academic theory with real-world industry practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver course content in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Events, and related business subjects. Integrate industry insights, case studies, and best practices into lectures and class activities. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, research, and career development. Design and assess learning materials, assignments, and examinations in accordance with program requirements. Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to enhance the curriculum and provide relevant learning experiences. Participate in academic events, seminars, workshops, and industry-linked activities. Contribute to program development, accreditation preparations, and quality assurance initiatives. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Management or Tourism Management (required). At least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in tourism, hospitality, events management, or related fields. Strong understanding of tourism trends, sustainable tourism, destination marketing, and business strategies in the industry. Demonstrated teaching or training experience at the college or professional level is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to student-centered teaching and continuous professional growth. Preferred Attributes: Active involvement in professional tourism or hospitality organizations.
