Job description: My client is a leading financial services group with a strong presence in Asia, offering a diverse range of leasing, financing, and investment solutions. They are hiring Collection Manager to join the team. This position leads debt recovery efforts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards while managing overdue accounts.Responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve overdue accounts, overseeing the collection process and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and assist with collateral inspections and sales.
• Attend legal proceedings related to debt recovery and collaborate with external partners, such as legal firms and debt collectors.
• Stay informed about legal developments in Hong Kong and China, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare reports on credit risks and collection performance for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in collections or credit management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of legal processes related to debt recovery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required
