Industry: FinTechQualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in collections, credit risk management, or a similar analytical role in the financial services or fintech sector.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R).

• SQL experience required
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong in communication and collaboration skills.
• Actual experience in collection analysis within the retail credit business/retail financing business

Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular reports on collection metrics, including flow rates, recovery rates, Collection productivity and effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
• Monitoring Collection performance on a daily basis and identifying problems.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Perform in-depth analysis when needed and report to management for necessary follow-up action.
• Participate in new program/strategy launch and process change implementation. Collaborate with other related functions to ensure the implementation is delivered smoothly
• Work with the Data Science team for advanced analytics and exploring ideas for improvement
