Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor overdue and criticized retail credit portfolios, including managing loan classification systems, individual impairment allowances, and charge-off processesLiaise with debtors regarding repayment schedule negotiations and debt-restructuring arrangementsDevelop recommendations for legal proceedings or assignments to external debt collection agencies when necessaryRegularly report debt collection progress and repossessed property disposal status to the Department HeadPrepare credit risk reports and regulatory submissions to monitor asset quality and support credit risk analytics (e.g. portfolio analysis)Handle administrative tasks and execute ad hoc projects as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. FRM, CFA) preferredMinimum 3 years’ managerial experience in retail banking credit risk management or complex complaint resolutionProficiency in SQL/VBA for advanced data analysis (certifications advantageous)Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management techniques and analytical methodologiesExcellent cross-departmental communication skillsProficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency strongly preferredProactive mindset with exceptional ownership of deliverables and client-service orientationInterested parties, please click “Apply Now” for application.Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.
