Job description: My client is a stable financial services company with strong reputation in Asia. They are hiring talent to join the team to support collateral function. Junior applicants will be considered for this opportunity.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt and delivery of cash and security collateral, managing collateral movements to meet Unclear Margin Rule requirements.
• Conduct portfolio reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and resolve disputes while collaborating with external counterparties, clients, custodian agents, and vendors.
• Work with the Middle Office, Business Units, and Risk Management to resolve trade discrepancies, address inquiries from internal stakeholders, and prepare reports for internal and client use.
• Execute daily margin management according to ISDA CSA and GMRA documents, including timely issuance and response to margin calls.
• Implement control activities for accurate exposure monitoring and participate in initiatives to enhance controls and streamline margin calculations.
• Recommend and drive improvements in systems and processes to mitigate risk and boost efficiency, working with IT on the continuous development of margin infrastructure.
• Update operational guidelines in response to internal processes and regulatory changes, and complete necessary ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Solid product knowledge on OTC Derivatives and Repo, including front-to-back processing workflow
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
• Strong understanding of OTC Derivatives and Repo, including end-to-end processing workflows
• Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel
