Job description: ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBThe Coffee Business Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for building and implementing the strategic plans for the Coffee Category, through managing a cross-functional team and internal stakeholders, focusing on sales and marketing targets achievement as well as ensuring operational excellence.YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages a dynamic Team, with a focus on building and implementing mid/long-range strategic plans for the Coffee Category for Away-from-Home, translating Group guidance into local initiatives while taking into consideration local market dynamics.
- Identifies growth opportunities through competitive analysis, market observation, feedback from sales teams and best practices from other CCH countries, driving initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensures Sales, Marketing and Operational Excellence for the Coffee Business, through collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Full P&L responsibility, with a focus on profitable Sales targets achievement and OPEX management.
- Ongoing performance management and routines with internal stakeholders and Brand Owners (Costa Coffee & Caffe Vergnano).

- University degree completed
- Min 5 years of experience on similar strategic roles
- Category Knowledge – Coffee (must-have), Beverage Industry (nice-to-have)
- Commercial Experience – Sales, Category Management
- Profound analytical abilities
- Strategic thinking with operational effectiveness
- Negotiation skills
- Very good German & English Skills
Salary:
If you meet the above requirements, you can expect an attractive and market-based minimum salary of EUR 78,000 gross/year excluding bonus (based on an all-in full-time position / 38.5 hours per week) & company car.
