For more information, visit Responsibilities:This is a multifaceted role that spans accounting, financial reporting, including both cash flow and balance sheet analysis, and business partnering. As the Control and Reporting Associate Manager you will drive process improvements, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and maintain accounting and financial compliance.The role of the Control and Reporting Associate Manager is to provide the organization with accurate and timely reporting of PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) cash flow and balance sheet. Additionally, through the understanding of the Accounting and Financial Reporting, drive process efficiencies and ensure effective controls are in place to mitigate financial risk, as well as having the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the company.The role will report to the PBNA Control and Reporting Senior Manager and responsibilities include:
