Objectives / What Winning Looks Like:· Highly effective training/Kaizen, best practice, Mentoring, Storytelling Process with contents which enable impactful and easy to facilitate learning experiences while delivering tangible improvements at point of impact.· An Efficient Global Competence Certification process which supports a self-learning organization.· A globally integrated, simple and efficient training management Process, supported by a system.· Global and Regional “Communities of Practice”: employees who interact with each other for their pursuit of a common practice across organizational boundaries and departments.· Increased levels of employee satisfaction and active engagement on the continuous improvement contributions.· Accelerated rate of improvement in functional KPIs aligned to Focused Five (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Profitability, Customer Advocacy).Critical Candidate Characteristics, Skills and Experience:EducationUndergraduate degree in engineering, business or other area related to the core function. Graduate on business or computer science is desired.Professional & Personal· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in complex product design and Industrial manufacturing business.· Extensive knowledge of continuous improvements process and tools coming from lean methodology application on complex operations.· Proven experience in using/teaching Lean Toolsets, Root Cause Problem Solving and similar continuous improvement methods to deliver high rates of year over year improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Profitability and Customer satisfaction.· Good experience in building and maintaining world class Quality Systems including;
· Experience driving increased customer focus, understanding and value creation across a very internally focused organization.· Innovative thinker, but even more importantly, able to help other leaders and teams get “outside the box” and drive “breakthrough thinking”.·Critical Leadership skills/experience:· Fluency on English, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus.
