What will you be doing?Your level of responsibility will grow depending on your background and experience:

• Ensure smooth planning of events while fully understanding clients’ requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Apply a structured upselling approach to maximize event revenue.
• Conduct hotel site inspections and client show rounds.
• Participate actively in hotel promotional activities.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely event documentation.
• Communicate efficiently with clients and all relevant hotel teams.
• Pay attention to detail at every stage of the event planning process.

For more experienced candidates, the role may also include:

• Managing more complex and high-profile events independently.
• Coaching and guiding less experienced team members.
• Contributing to team targets, commercial strategy, and upselling initiatives.
• Leading and developing the event planning team.

What are we looking for?

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for events, detail orientation, and a commercial mindset.
• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, sales, or a similar role is an advantage but not a must.
• Leadership and coaching skills are welcomed for more senior candidates.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and the local market is an advantage.
• Business-level Czech is preferred.
