They have a set of international teams working towards one common goal, which is to be the best-known slot game provider.We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager.Required skills:2+ years related experience in customer care or customer relationship managementExperience in iGaming industry is a plusStrong communication skills;Experience in B2B sales is a must;Fluent in English is a mustResponsibilities:Responsibility for development of healthy customer relationship building trust and transparency with clients;Maintaining the full game portfolio on the partners websites;Maintaining the visibility of the brand’s top games by regions on the main lobbies of the clients web pages;Maintaining the full portfolio of the features integrated with the clients;Responsibility for review, research the settings of the client’s setups;Supporting and helping clients with the problem solving of the tasks related to account management team;Coordinate and provision of marketing materials to the clients;Upsell services and products with the brand image;Encourages customers to upgrade their products;Promoting customer loyalty;Actively pushing the new game releases to be activated on the assigned projects;Company offer:A friendly and multinational environment;Flexible start of the working day;5 weeks of paid vacation and sick days;Snacks and refreshments everyday and lunches;Company events and team buildings;Office in the center of Prague
