We are seeking a Client Statement Business Analyst / Product Owner with 5–8 years of relevant experience to join the international team. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery, leading end-to-end implementations of client and regulatory reporting systems. You will also shape data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the product backlog for client statement and regulatory reporting solutions, prioritizing features based on business value and regulatory deadlines.Collaborate with stakeholders across front office, risk, compliance, and operations to elicit detailed requirements.Work closely with development and QA teams during Agile sprints to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.Lead system and process implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless integration with existing platforms.Design and implement data governance principles, including data lineage, stewardship, quality controls, and metadata management.Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes and coordinate release planning with global teams.Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and retrospective feedback to senior management and stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in financial services.Hands-on experience with client reporting and/or regulatory reporting implementations.Proven track record designing or supporting data governance frameworks.Strong command of Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively in an international environment.Core CompetenciesAdvanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile tools.Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality tools.Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional teams toward common goals.If this outstanding opportunity sounds like your next career move, please submit your resume in Word format via the Quick Apply Button.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
