As a Client Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in this placemaking culture, driving the customer touchpoint journey and serving as an ambassador of exceptional workplace experience for the client.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be an essential part of the workplace experience team, curating an environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture, making it a place that end users truly want to be a part of.You will actively seek opportunities to improve onsite service experiences and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy.If you are passionate about creating outstanding workplace experiences and eager to make a meaningful impact, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to innovate and lead within a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
  • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS and SONY MUSIC you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • Focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
  • Show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS
  • Support Services and Legal requirement

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Health & Safety understanding
