If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.As a Client Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional workplace experience, embodying the culture of placemaking that prioritises environments where people thrive.Working within the workplace experience team, you will curate an atmosphere that enhances wellbeing, fosters productivity, and aligns with the client’s ethos of creating spaces that “work, think, and give.”Job DescriptionIn this leadership role, you will act as a key ambassador for the customer journey, driving service excellence at every touchpoint.The position involves proactively identifying opportunities to improve onsite services and introducing innovative initiatives that align with the ISS Global Strategy.Your efforts will contribute to a vibrant workplace culture, ensuring that employees feel connected, inspired, and valued as part of an exceptional environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts (Ground floor reception multi tenanted site)
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural ‘go to’ person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
  • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • As a brand ambassador for ISS and A&O you will be responsible for ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • Focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
  • Show responsibility for personal and Team health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS and Legal requirement

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Health & Safety understanding
  • Ability to adapt to a different clientele however, remain professional
