Provides administrative and operational support to insurance brokers/agents, assisting
with client management, policy processing, and overall business operations. This role is crucial
in ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery to clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Management
? -Assist in managing client accounts, including policy renewals, modifications, and
updates.
? -Respond to client inquiries regarding policy details, coverage options, and claim status.
? -Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
? -Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.Policy Processing
? -Assist in processing insurance applications, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and
claims, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
? -Prepare and distribute insurance-related documents, such as quotes, proposals,
endorsements, inspection recommendations, and policy summaries.Administrative Support
? -Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
? -Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence.
? -Communicate with insurance providers/underwriters, processing client policies, and
managing claims.Leadership & Management
