Our services include general practice (GP); nursing; allied health; dental; counselling and psychology; gambling support; alcohol and drug treatment; migrant and refugee settlement services; social connection; carer support services and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in partnership with the NDIA.What you’ll be doing in this role?The Client Services Officer will provide customer service and program administrative tasks to all Oral Health service streams inclusive of the Community Dental Program, Child Dental Benefit Scheme, Smile Squad and other outreach programs, private dental and specialist services, and dental prosthetic services under the contracted service agreements.Your work will include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, ensuring respectful and responsive support for diverse clients.
  • Manage client scheduling, triaging, and interpreter bookings to optimize clinician availability and minimize wait times.
  • Process client fees, claims, and financial reconciliations with accuracy and transparency.
  • Maintain compliance with health records, regulations, and quality standards, supporting incident resolution and continuous improvement
  • Perform routine administrative duties, ensuring well-organized and professional client-facing environments

What we’re looking for:

  • Year 12 VCE completion or equivalent AND/OR Certificate III/IV in Business Administration OR a post-secondary qualification in a related discipline.
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current Victorian driver’s licence
  • Ability to travel across the service delivery area/s
  • Proven customer service skills, handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
