To keep up with continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager who will join an existing client services team to support the financial advisers and business partners. This role will require initiative, decision making, and leadership. You will be working in a fast paced environment, ensuring the needs of the client are met at all times.Key responsibilities

  • Ongoing management of the client database through Xplan
  • Preparation for client meetings, including all correct documents
  • Implementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs)
  • Liaising with third party providers
  • Delivering a high quality service to clients

What we’re looking for

  • 2 + years experience working as a Client Services Officer within a financial planning firm
  • Sound understanding of the financial planning process
  • Experience using Xplan, workflows, and tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload
