We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our client’s thriving team in a busy branch. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure exceptional service and identify opportunities to deliver added value to clients.
- Organise and facilitate client meetings and reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and follow-up.
- Ensure all work meets ethical, professional, and compliance standards.
About You
You’re someone who is confident working with clients, operates with integrity, and is motivated to deliver meaningful outcomes.You’re likely to:
- Have experience in a client-facing role-ideally within banking, legal, or another client-focused industry.
- Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally.
- Be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in client services experience, ideally in professional services.
- An interest in financial or trustee services (prior experience is a plus but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong client-service ethic.
- A proactive, people-focused mindset.
