Job description: Our client is a modern and collaborative financial planning practice, dedicated to providing personalised financial solutions to their clients and ensuring a great client experience throughout the process. As their team continues to grow, they are looking for a highly motivated Client Services Manager to join their team and manage a key function within their business.Role Overview:This is not your typical Client Services Manager role, it is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the lead in an operational capacity and work alongside Advisers and offshore teams to ensure that the client experience is seamless. You will be an experienced financial planning professional offering a high degree of client services expertise and capable of delivering a high level of service to clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex SoA implementation and assist the team with any escalations
• Oversee and manage a team of 4 offshore staff, including check ins, training and troubleshooting
• Assist with process improvements and other operational tasks alongside management
• Customer service and client liaison regarding any client enquiries
• Scheduling review and annual advice agreement meetings with clients

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a client services role within Financial Planning and the ability to manage complex SoA implementation
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a busy team and manage various pipelines of work
• Excellent customer service skills and confident communication skills
• Passionate about customer service and financial advice!

Expected salary: $75000 – 95000 per year
