What you’ll be working onAs our new Bilingual Client Services Associate, you’ll:

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm

Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients, as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.What will help you be successful?

• You’ll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
• Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
