This is a busy role requiring a confident, experienced professional. A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must.About YouYou will have at least 4+ years of experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm. Ideally you will have the following:

• A collaborative approach to your work
• High attention to detail
• Ability to show initiative
• Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients
• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team

The RoleThis position is a focused administration providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:

• Preparing & collating information for financial statements & tax returns
• Responding efficiently to customer queries
• Liaising with clients on behalf of the accountants
• Preparing for & scheduling client meetings
• Liaising with ASIC & the ATO
• Be a point of contact for clients and develop client relationships
• Ad hoc administration duties
