Your responsibilities will include resolving both routine and complex inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment, educating clients about the products they use for their expense reporting needs, and suggesting best practices based on their needs. You will also assist clients with reports, introduce them to new products, and provide coaching over the phone. This role provides an opportunity to work independently, develop professional relationships, and contribute to our team’s success.Job Responsibilities:
