We are seeking motivated fresh graduates for the position of Client Service Representative to support our team in the Law Practice industry.Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services offered
– Support the team in managing client accounts and documentation
– Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and chat
– Help maintain records of client interactions and transactions
– Contribute to improving client experience through feedback and suggestions
